Students say things won't load, but other students are not having any trouble.

Try sending them these directions

1. Log completely out of your chromebook

2. Click the drop down next to your name

3. Click remove user

4. Add yourself back @s.tcsnc.org ***make sure you use the link that says something like add another user, do not click the "NEXT" button. If you see a camera popup, press the back button and click the link.

5. Log in and remember you will need to sign back into z-scaler when it eventually comes up. Don't use the s. in your email....just @tcsnc.org
